This is a matter of perspective I guess..And what I explained is the timeout
IMail will wait for the other end to answer....i.e IMail connects and the
banner takes more than 12 sec to be sent...from IMail's perspective it is
waiting to receive an answer to its request since it initiated to
conversation/transaction..We used to see this a lot with exchange servers
that took a long time to answer....
