The parser in the rules engine was changed in 8.11
The one that was added is more w compliant. the string you specified
contains 2 operators( the [ and ] ) and 4 letters. your statement check the
subject for any one of these letters S, P, A, or M. The Square Bracket operator
means anytihing soecified between them. To make them literal you need to escape
the operator with a backslash "\" so the rule should look like
if the subject contains \[SPAM\] forward
to.....
