Hello, I'm have an issue when I create a specific user alias or user account. I have an individual whom I would like to create an alias for, in the past I haven't had any issues with performing this task, but with this specific account I just can't get things to work correctly. Everytime I try to send an email to the new alias, I get the email returned to me stating that the user is unknown or doesn't exist. The alias redirects to a valid email address that is work properly. I even tried redirecting the alias to other valid emails address and the same story. I tried multiple times to create alias after alias and no luck.
I though that instead of using the alias maybe I should create a user account for this individuals under the domain name, I get the same results when I tried this method.
