First time I've posted.  Searched archives and kb and found no solution.
 
We are running Imail (8.14).  I have several private lists (only subscribers can post, subscriptions disallowed) that I manage for a group of judges.  All changes for their private lists are given to me and made manually on the server using Imail Administrator.
I select the proper list, then select the Users tab, then use the Add (or Remove) button and enter the e-mail address and name and hit OK.  The name then shows up under the Users tab; however the Apply button stays grayed out and cannot be used.
 
Later, when I check back, all changes are gone. 
 
I've checked our Imail manual and can't find where I am doing something wrong.  I have a feeling the Apply button is the key...but no one here seems to know why the Apply button is grayed out.
 
I'm not the mail administrator...just a web developer with limited knowledge of imail...looking for some answers.
