Firefox is OPEN
SOURCE. While it does not have the same problems that IE has, there are
bound to be others and there is no one person or company "in charge" so there
really is no "support".
You either get the
microsoft problems, and the ability to sit on hold for days at a time and not
get help or your get Firefox or another browser. Each has advantages and
disadvantages.

-----Original Message-----Yah, don't use Firefox. I've given up on it. There are HTML anomalies, and my experience with their support has been meager. Too bad. I was hoping. Maybe they'll get it together.
