I've had DNS blacklists enabled on our Imail server for the past year, and I haven't had any problems with it. About 80% of the spam that gets caught on our server is caught by those blacklists, and I've seen maybe 10 false-positives since I enabled it.
However, I could probably be catching much more spam if I had something better, but the built-in antispam functionality in Imail is all we have to work with till we have a good reason to justify the cost of something better. Since you already have Declude JunkMail, I would urge you not to use DNS blacklists in IMail v8's anti-spam. There have been a number of issues with it, and there is little benefit in using it over the blacklists in Declude JunkMail (whereas there are benefits to using Declude JunkMail for the blacklists).
