[IMail Forum] Slow delivery with 8.15

We upgraded from 7.15 to 8.15.   The upgrade went fine but we noticed that mail delivery has slowed down a lot. Even if you save a message in your Sent folder in Webmail it takes at least 10 -15 minutes for the message to arrive in the folder. Very annoying.   I changed the SMTP retry timer from the default 30 minutes to 10 minutes. However it looks to me that messages are not delivered immediately as they are supposed to be. It's almost like the immediate delivery doesn't work and all mail delivery is using the retry timer if you understand what I mean.   Has anyone noticed this? Is there anything I can do to speed up the delivery? We are using IMgate and the delivery to the gateway is just as slow.
