Uses IMail DB. No Registrty monitoring, already looked at the KB,
nothing backing up files automatically, etc.

  Does this domain use an external SQL server instead of the internal
IMail user base? We use
  the ODBC connector and there were some e-mail accounts we had that
kept showing up in the
  winnt\system32 directory which were contributed to the fact that the
SQL table did not have
  the correct path to the user directory within the IMail base folder.
Everytime I would remove
  the e-mail account folders from within the winnt\system32, they would
show back up again
  usually within your 3-5 minutes.
