Is it enough to have the ISP's reverse name?
If you lookup 65.81.91.10, you'll get my ISP's name.

Corporate mail server are big offenders of not having REV DNS setup correctly....I contact admins all the time suggesting they fix their DNS records. It's pretty tough rejecting email based on a single criteria.
