Ok, I changed my NAV settings to NOT scan to Imail folder on my mail server. I have clients set to delete file if it can't be fixed, so I figure I'm covered there. Today all my messages from this particular email account (IMAP) are gone. I am using Outlook 2003 & have no autoarchiving set. All mail in my POP3 accounts never disappears. I've got messages 3+ years old! Why is this happening?!?!?

Spool places the infected file in the mbx in your user account 3. "Real-time" virus scanner sees that your mbx file now contains an infection 4. Anti-virus tries to fix the infection 5. Nothing to fix it is just a bogus infected file 6. Delete the infected mbx file 7.
