We use both MRTG http://people.ee.ethz.ch/~oetiker/webtools/mrtg/ and Cacti http://www.cacti.net/ Pretty much anything can be graphed and monitored with these. If there are no MIB files or OIDs for things to graph, scripts can be built to execute and build the raw data files that get read by the two graphing tools.
