Haven't had a need for it, but it should be a very simple _javascript_. You've already outlined the function, so you just need to change the action on the submit button to call your _javascript_ function instead of submitting the form.  Then your function will submit the form after changing the value of the form field.

Subject: [IMail Forum] Forcing the period and comma on forwarding fields

We'd like to find a way to make IMail save copies of all mail in a user's mailbox when the user opts to use the forwarding feature in Web Messaging. Basically, we'd like all users to have the ability to find emails that were not successfully forwarded.

Looks like the only way would be to write some _javascript_ on the check forwarding page to look for the comma and period in the forwarding address field. Then, if they're not there, create them on the fly.

Anyone try anything like this? Our web guys use Coldfusion and don't know how to program in _javascript_.

Thanks for any help,

Bill
