Yep, thanks. I didn't know where to find the size of the message being
sent, but now I can see it is at the end of the ldeliver line. It turns
out that this was the fourth in a series of messages she was sending him
with large image attachments. When she called in about the message she
was asked "was this an abnormally large email?" she said no it was a
normal email and she had been able to send him others without the
bounce. Go figure.

What this looks like is cgamble has 6781485 bytes in his mailbox
already.
This has a limit of 10000000 bytes and she is trying to send a message
that is 3822557 bytes. Doing the math you get a total of 10604042 bytes
which is greater than the limit.

I am also having this problem, sort of. It is sporadic, but happens at
least once a week. I implemented Kevin Bilbee's DLA and I get this on
at least 2 or 3 mailboxes per day with that. Today a user got a mailbox
full message trying to send to her boss. The boss has the following
settings: Max mailbox size: 10000000, Max Mailbox Msgs: 0, Total Size:
171195, Total Msgs: 21

So he's allowed 10 Megs, and using 170 K.
