It's the 'url-domain-bl.txt' , that we get from Ipswiitch , Just wanted to know how someone gets onto this list in the first place.?

Ipswitch collects spam from a variety of sources including spam caught by our spam traps, spam forwarded by employees, partners and customers. The URLs are then compiled into a list which is verified for accuracy against the spam received. Once the verification is complete the URLs are added to the URL Domain Black List. If you feel your domain has been added to our URL Domain Black List in error, please send an email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] to request removal. Please ensure you include the domain you would like removed and your association with the domain in question. Ipswitch generally releases new versions of the anti-spam configuration files every two weeks..."However, their list is really bad at causing false-positives. A Listserv member has a much better list that he allows the rest of us to use that is much better.
