IN addition to what Christian says you get more versatility by using the
rules at the domain level. Using the AS Engine to move the spam around all
the domains follow the rules you set there. Using the rules you can
configure the actions at the domain level (i.e. if you want to whitelist an
address for one domain only you can do this with a rule by trapping on the
address and moving it to main before the spam rule processes)
