Our customers use POP3 protocol to retrieve their e-mails - most of them work with Outlook (Express).
The problem is that receiving e-mails from the Imail server (Imail 6.06 on NT4 Sp6a + all current patches) is very slow. The dowload speed of an e-mail with an approx. 5 MB attachment is only 8.5 kB/sec - compared with an FTP transfer from the same server which downloads at approx. 250 kB/sec this is very slow.
