Tim,

You might want to take a look at setting up a service called DSPAM that runs
on Linux. More info is available at
http://www.nuclearelephant.com/projects/dspam/ .  You could set up something
like an Imgate server running Postfix as a front-end to accomplish something
like this, I believe. If not, you may be able to run DSPAM as a proxy server
on Windows using some cygwin, or something similar.
