you have to download the templates from the support section separately.

I updated to 8.15 when it was first released, but did not update the
classic
webmail piece then. I just did that a couple of days ago, and now
everyone
who uses it gets the above error when they try to send a message. Looking
through the archives hasn't helped. Any ideas?
