[IMail Forum] Extractusers or similar utility

Is Extractusers still available for download anywhere?  All the links I 
could find in the archives appear to be dead.  Alternatively, is there 
another program available for download with similar features?  I see a link 
for Iplus Info Browser in the iMail downloads section but the series of 
links to get it appear to either dead-end or loop.
