Have users switch from RichText format to HTML or PlainText and it should
remedy the issue. Also check officeupdate.microsoft.com to see if there are
any updates for the office versions they are running.

Subject: [IMail Forum] OT - The way Outlook displays messages with HTML
attachments...

Just had a question posed to me and I can't seem to find a fix for it.
When an email is sent from Outlook to Outlook, HTML attachments remain
as attachments. When an email is sent from a client other than Outlook,
Thunderbird for instance, the HTML attachment is displayed inline, and
the body of the message (in text format) is displayed as an attachment.
Anyone else hit this problem? Any ideas?

Thanks,
Sam
