This could be way off but, in addition to setting up "whitelist Auth" in Declude. There was something a while back that makes me think that you could go in to IMAIL ADMISTRATOR; LOCAL HOST; SERVICES; WEB MESSAGING; and make sure that ignore source address is checked. I don't remember exactly why I had to do this a while back but I think it helped me with something similar. Anyone feel free to correct me or state why checking that may be bad.
