This could be way off but, in addition to setting up "whitelist Auth" in
Declude. There was something a while back that makes me think that you
could go in to IMAIL ADMISTRATOR; LOCAL HOST; SERVICES; WEB MESSAGING; and
make sure that ignore source address is checked. I don't remember exactly
why I had to do this a while back but I think it helped me with something
similar. Anyone feel free to correct me or state why checking that may be
bad.

Marc

Subject: [IMail Forum] Local mail fails MX or A record test

We have a server running Imail 8.15 with about 100 domains on shared
IP. The same server has also about 50 domains with unique IP
addresses. The server is also running the latest version of Declude.
After upgrading Imail from 7.15 to 8.15 a strange thing has happened
to one on the domains with a shared IP address. I don't know if the
problem originates from Imail or Declude and I why this is only
happening to this domain (artonegallery.com).

When they send mail using webmessaging (they don't use Outlook or
similar so I don't know it would happen using those clients as well),
the mail sometimes fail the Declude spam tests because the domain has
no MX or A record. However the DNS is correct. Here is the headers
from one of the sent messages:

Should I address this issue on the Declude mailing list instead or is
it something with Imail?

Thanks in advance for any help or suggestion.
