I just saw that error for the first time also. "Failed to position file".
A user is seeing that error when she tries to go to page 6 for instance, out of 6 total pages of email in webmail. Anyone ever seen this? We've recently juggled her email box names in order to download her sent items and deleted items via her "main" mailbox. I wonder if this is related?
