There's no reason why the sender of these emails shouldn't be UNSUBSCRIBED from the list, and not just blocked. In fact, I'm suprised that this flagrant spam relaying source (list.ipswitch.com) hasn't been added to the Anti-Spam tables! <vbg> :-)
