Just to let anyone know, it turned out to be a failing motherboard.  The
board never did give me any warnings, and I never got any error messages,
but I'm 99% sure it's the motherboard.  We've moved over to another server
until we can get a replacement motherboard.  Only problem is, now Declude
has stopped working (email headers now include a message that Declude is
"waiting for activation").
