Lately I have been facing a strange problem with MXGuard. Inspite of having
a domain in whitelist.sender file, it still tags it as SPAM.


Can someone please throw some light on this issue.

Additionally, what is the difference between Whitelist and Trusted list in
MXGaurd?

Whitelist entries whitelist a specific test. All other tests are still performed. It is possible to whitelist a specific test, yet another test fails, causing the message to be identified as spam.


Trusted entries result in the message being excluded from all spam tests, and delivered to the user.
