Try this:
Look at your logs and see who was the last one to log in. If the last one to log in before the lock up is the same account their mail box is probably corrupted in some way.
This happened to us recently and it was one account that had a corrupted mail box. We moved that mail box and created a new one and all was well.

We're running Imail 7.15. It's been working fine for some time now, but since yesterday the servers been freezing up like crazy. I noticed that if I disable webmail the cpu usage drops to around 15%, but when I enable it, it goes upto 100% making the server inaccessible. Any thoughts? I am really sick of iMail, I think their product sucks and they're way too greedy so upgrading is not an option. We are considering to migrate over to smartermail, but thats a week or two away. Any suggestions on what I can do to remedy this situation ?
Running iMail 7.15 on Win2K all service packs and updates installed.
