Hey Allen,
We have had about an 8 month 'discussion'
with the support group for Shaw.
Most of them keep asking for info from me,
but a couple of sent these to me.....
I
discussed this with our team. It appears that this may be part of a bigger
issue. Our sysadmins are currently investigating.
And There are reported issues of email being delayed or timing out upon sending email to Shaw's mail servers. This is due to high volume of spam received by Shaw's mail servers prior to enabling our white listing service. At the present time, our engineers are currently investigating the issue and are diligently working towards a resolution. Both of those came in mid-March. Bill
