When you are downloading it gives you a license key that you will enter upon installation. Not sure if it goes back to authenticate with a master server or not to keep track of installations.

Yep, I got in, eventually. It asks you to put in the service agreement code and your email, then returns a screen with your new serial number & starts the download. The trouble is, the download is via an ASP link with your code & random password - which requires the webserver to process your request before sending the file.
