Make sure you write your code down when you download the 820.exe file. That
is what you activate it with.

How does activation work? What happens if on a Saturday night at 3am server
crashes and requires mail admin to setup imail on new hardware?

Anyone can upgrade to 8.2 from any version. In order to receive an
activation key, you will need to have an active service
agreement.

Have a good one,
Christian

What is the upgrade path. We are still using 8.14. Do we need to upgrade
to 8.15 prior to 8.2?

Mike
