Approx. 1 month ago, I asked to copy all emails of received by one user
<user1>@catalystems.com to that person's manager due to an extended
absence. I called tech support asked the right way to do this.
Under SMTP then SMTP Security Tab, I Enable Copy All to
[EMAIL PROTECTED] I set up two rules under mailbox
forwardedmail to handle coping to <manager1>@catalystems.com for only mail
to <user1>@catalystems.com then delete all other.
Last Week, I started to have problems with users complaining about not
receiving emails. Yesterday, I started to get ERR in my syslog that looked
like this ..

Per Imail Tech Support, Removed Under SMTP then SMTP Security Tab, Copy
All to [EMAIL PROTECTED] Setup Rule for <user1> to forward a
copy .,<manager>@catalystems.com to make a copy of inbound emails to the
manager.
Issues:
1.) Forwardedmail.mbx shows 856MB. Web mail interface shows 0
2.) Still getting mail forwarded to forwardedmail in queue.
I renamed forwardedmail.mbx to forwardedmail.mbx.old think it got
corrupted.
3.) Queue is taking 90% plus CPU Capacity at time.
I need to get back to reliable mail delivery and system confidence ASAP.
