You also need to edit the .cgi file in the web directory to 0 as well.

In user administration, when you need to change the mailbox to allow more mail/messages to be received it says to change size/messages to zero.  But by default it is already 0 for the user who is getting ‘mail full’ messages.  Will entering zero then saving fix this?
