Reverse  DNS  lookups  are  usually done at connection time, i.e. before
accepting  the  DATA.  If  a  server  is  going  to reject based on that
criteria it would be silly to waste time accepting the e-mail first.

But if your server is getting OKs for the recipients its clear that they
can communicate.
