I have set the value of domain in max mailbox size of host proprierties in 6000; but when I create it with adduser.exe and normally, It doesent' work. Maybe the problem is that this host have the user in an external database running on mysql?

You can either set that value on the domain and leave the users with a value of zero (the adddomain utility has a -x parameter to do this, or use a script that modifies the registry to change the MaxSize value for the user.
