Ipswitch tech support said they are addressing the attachment issue in
the next release.

For now I created IMAP accounts on an Outlook client with auto forward
rules to their desired webmail account, this is re-writing the message
and attachment is visible to download and/or open.

Install 8.2 HF 2 and maybe that will fix the problem.

Subject: [IMail Forum] Webmail Attachment issue

Hi All:

Anyone have a fix for attachments that are not showing in webmail
(Killer Webmail to be exact) unless you forward it back to yourself.

Normally, I would have them use a mail client like normal people. But
they are dead set against using one.

These are .tif's that show as a box with a red x, if I forward it back
to myself (same webmail account) and refresh the screen the binary
attachment shows up.

Thanks,
