Stupid stupid stupid.....  Didn't have the @domain.com in the username.  My bad.

I'll update to 8.20 for the extra options.

Thanks for the help, as always :)

The IMAP Sent Folder problem may be related to the two different clients-
Could it be that the default 'Sent' folder in Webmail is different from the default 'Sent Items' folder in Outlook which is different from the default used in Mac Mail? Are the Sent folders being saved locally on the client or to an IMAP folder on the IMail server?
Did the user try to add or subscribe to the missing folder in their client?

Some of those new options are in 8.20 as far as I know.

1. Also, are you saying he has one account open at the same time on two
different computers?

2. Or are these two different accounts?

3. What do your logs tell you?

4. Do you see all of the messages through the web interface?

5. It is unclear, but are you referring to Sent Item or just two accounts?

Travis

problem with IMAP client.

Mornin all,

I've got one user set up as a test subject for switching over to IMAP at
my organization. He's trying to use Outlook and Mac Mail as his
clients. For some odd reason, the messages sent from Mac Mail aren't
shown in Outlook, and visa versa, in the IMAP folders. Also, I noticed
that in the manual for Imail's IMAP4 implementation there are quite a
few more options for the service than I see in mine. All I have are the
"Force Subscribe..." options.

Ideas? Help?

And yes, I searched the archives.

Thanks,
Sam
