I see two problems, one is yours, one appears to be theirs. 1) 207.155.248.76 is not a valid MX for 'murphyanddickey.com'. That tells me you have some DNS resolution problems.
2) The remote MTA seems to be saying that 'neptune1.com' is a bogus domain. I see valid DNS records for it. Their mail admin may be the only one who can explain the vague error. Fixing problem 1 may eliminate problem 2.
