I have had to give up on the Killerwebmail templates -- too many errors (pages can't display, buttons don't function after clicking, missing graphics, ...) Anyway, I have reinstalled the Classic web templates, which are running great except the timeout during composing issue.
Question: Since the View Mail page has a 300 second meta refresh statement - in effect, a keep-alive function, if I were to modify the compose button to open in a new window (similar to KWM), would this keep users from timing out when they compose long messages?
