What happens when they reply and it is read by the original sender? However, when I download it to Outlook, something is stripping off everything in the body, so it comes through blank. I read on Microsoft that sometimes Office XP before SP3 can cause this, however, the people that it is happening to both have Office 2003 with all the updates and Service Packs.
