I'm using IMail version 8.05 with KillerWebMail Templates. We just moved it to a new server (Win2k3).
I have a user who cannot log into IMail using AOL but can login using Internet Explorer. I don't have AOL, so it is hard for me to test what the problem might be. When he signs in, the screen just comes right back to the login screen, as if he just logged off. Below is a snippet from W2050603.log where he tried three times in a row to login. It doesn't really tell me anything except that the IP number keeps changing for some reason. When I log in from my system, it always shows the same IP number. When he logged in from Internet Explorer successfully, it also showed the same IP number for all the entries, but it was a completely different IP from what is listed below. It was 70.110.0.251. As you can see below, when using the AOL software, it returns 64.12.116.xxx. This is with the identical DSL connection, not changing the connection to the internet at all. I was on the phone with him the whole time he was doing this. Can someone point me in the right direction toward resolving this problem?
