Earlier this week, we started getting messages bounced from some of our customers. The messages contained a link to spamhaus.org, which said I was listed at another organization. Going through the steps to get removed showed that I wasn't an open relay to begin with. I have blocked port 25 to all computers (other than mail server) on my firewall, so I'm pretty sure I don't have any computers spewing viruses out, either. Since all you seem to be able to get are automated responses from any of these blacklisting organizations, how did I get on a list & how can I keep from it in the future?
