I've got a single Mac user that sends out Calendar updates via iCal.
The format sent is standard vcalendar 2.0, however there is an extra
field "BEGIN:STANDARD" which when present in the resultant ".vcs" file
will cause an error in Outlook that "The vCalendar file cannot be
imported." If I remove that, it works. I don't know however how to
make iCal not send that, or have Outlook accept/ignore that field.
