Awesome, thanks!  But the thing is the server is *never* under that high a 
load.  This will happen 24 hours a day, and at 3 am the volume of msgs being 
delivered is maybe 4 per hour.  Even throughout the day the cpu and network 
util never comes close to maxing out.
