None for mailservers specifically, but RFC 1912 states "Every
Internet-reachable host should have a name." and then "For every IP
address, there should be a matching PTR record in the in-addr.arpa
domain." and "Failure to have matching PTR and A records can cause loss
of Internet services similar to not being registered in the DNS at all."
Using this RFC, it is logical that testing for a PTR record is
equivalent to testing for valid Internet Hosts. So testing an incoming
mail server for a PTR record can be said to be the equivalent of testing
for a valid mail server. You won't find any RFC, I think, that
specifically says "A mail server must have a valid reverse DNS pointer
in order to deliver mail."
