You don't have a problem (except you can't send mail to these guys).   btw, thanks for not "cleaning" the logs. That REALLY makes it difficult for us to help.         This looks fine to me. The emasterlink.com DNS records look OK and match the MX you've cached. The problem appears to be with Exchange. The logs you show here are excellent doc to show the emasterlink postmaster, if you can get it to them.
