get your host to deal with this or move. You should be worried about being blacklisted as well.

Has anyone on the list had any experience in getting GoDaddy to white list a mail server?

GoDaddy has had a spam report from an IP address within the same Class C IP range that our mail server is in.  GoDaddy blocked the whole Class C range.  The problem IP is out of our control since we only have a portion of the Class C.  We have tried dealing with them for 3 months now to get our IP whitelisted so that our customers can send email to GoDaddy hosting clients.  We have lost several customers because of the issue, but the funny part is that one of them had to host his domain with GoDaddy to be able to send mail to GoDaddy hosting clients.  I’m curious if anyone else has run into this problem.

Our IMail server is locked down enough that we have no relaying or no one hijacking the server so I feel confident that our server/servers have not been sending mass spam out and we check logs enough to verify who is using our mail server.  So normally I don’t worry about being blacklisted.  This has been an interesting case to deal with.
