We have a mailing list internally for upcoming events, I manually add each new employee to the list.  It is an easily forgettable process to go through so my lists are out of sync. 

 

Is there a way for example when a new user is created in mail.maindomain.com to automatically add that person to a mailing list in the same mail domain?
