we had this just happen to us late last week; we fought it for over 8 hours - up/down/up/down, then never up again again. We "took the opportunity" and fired up a new server (that was actally planned to go live in 2 weeks anyways) due to it. IPSwitch tried everything they could; actually remoted in to our problem server (dual pIII, im8.15hf2, declude JM pro, declude virus std & declude hijack) and had us increase the retry threads in our settings, reset spool folder, temporarily took declude out of the mix, etc....but nothing fixed it; still had no idea as to what was causing it.
