[IMail Forum] How to deal with error message "Error scanning file, treated as infected, Return code = 14" ?

Dear all,   I enabled Anti-virus in iMail 8.20, the settings as the following.     But I always got error message in mail log as below.   Error scanning file, treated as infected, Return code = 14   I know this mail had been deleted; I’m worrying about wrong deletion.   How can I remain the error scanned files so that I could recheck?   Any help would be appreciated.   BR/Jobs
