Perhaps the easiest way, or at least the way I'd do it, would be to migrate
Imail as-is to the new server, then convert the shared-IP virtual hosts to
virtual hosts with IP addresses. It's not difficult to do. See here:

Subject: [IMail Forum] Moving IMail

I am going to be moving my IMail to a new server. I currently have 3 domains
sharing 1 IP address but when I move it I am going to give each domain their
own IP address. So.... I want to have it all completely set up before I
"flip the switch" and since I am setting it up differently, I can't (?) just
restore a backup and export reg keys as the KB suggests. I also know I can't
have 2 versions of IMail running at the same time so will I be able to
install IMail while the current one is running? In other words, will it ask
me for registration information during install that will conflict with my
existing (live) version?

Thanks.
