There's a very simple answer - set an EMPLOYEE POLICY, archive all messages
and ENFORCE the policy.

1st offense - warning - make certain it is written and the employee signs
and receives a copy.
2nd offense - warning and day off without pay - make certain it is written
and the employee signs and receives a copy.
3rd offense - no more job

Everyone else will very quickly get the message.

Please, don't tell me I'm being too tough on employees - we've gotten way
too lenient and need to start taking control of our workplaces again.
